For half-board, we now also offer a 3-course menu. You can choose three courses from the 6-course menu.
Im summer: Swiss Kaiseki
With Swiss Kaiseki our aim is to combine Swiss and Japanese culture. We serve Swiss and international cuisine but plate them in portions which are smaller than many may be used to but nevertheless most attractive, like a traditional Japanese Kaiseki meal. We want to cater to guests who are not accustomed to European portions and to those who prefer to eat a small meal but enjoy a varied diet.
