Train or car: Grindelwald is quick and easy to reach

Grindelwald is within an easy half-hour reach of Interlaken by car or by train.

By train

If you are travelling by train, we will be happy to pick you up at Grindelwald village railway station* between 07:00 and 20:00. This saves you the five-minute walk. Please let us know your arrival time in advance or call us from the station on +41 (0)33 888 99 99.

Charging station for electric cars
Charging stations for electric or hybrid cars are available in the lower car park. In addition, we have sockets outside so that you can charge your car with your own cable. As our hotel guest, you can charge your car overnight free of charge (from 9 pm). We charge CHF 25 for charging during the day.
