The Restaurant «Belvedere» is a member of the French gourmet association «Chaîne des Rôtisseurs».
Breakfast in the Restaurant «Belvedere»
Our extensive breakfast offers a wide choice of dishes to suit everyone's needs. Many products on the breakfast buffet come from the region and are originally from Grindelwald. Start the day off well - as a guest or external customer.
Little treats
A light lunch, something for the small appetite in between, a snack late in the evening or fine cake for coffee and tea in the afternoon: enjoy our culinary offer also during the day from 12:00. We serve you outside the opening hours of the «Belvedere» restaurant in the lounge or on the terrace, and of course for dinner on the panorama terrace when the summer weather is fine.
Fine dining even for those with special dietary requirements
We also cater to guests with special dietary requirements. Whether you are gluten- or lactose-intolerant or are allergic to other ingredients such as nuts and berries, tell us your needs before you arrive and you can rely on us to conjure up a delicious meal tailored to your special requirements. We also always offer a choice of vegetarian dishes.

From 23 to 30 December 2024, treat yourself to a cosy evening with a delicious meat fondue «Belvedere» à discrétion in our gourmet fondue parlour. Your ticket, including table reservation, can be purchased online right here.

Tap water is valuable and hundreds of millions of people do not take it for granted. Together with the non-profit organisation WASSER FÜR WASSER (WfW), we promote the value of clean water and use this attitude to raise awareness among our guests. Our income from tap water sales enables us to implement WfW's water, hygiene and education programmes in Mozambique, Zambia and Switzerland.
